• By supplementing Qi and Blood it helps calm the Shen and promote quality sleep

• It strengthens Lung Qi and stops cough and wheezing due to deficiency or phlegm-dampness (excess)

• By tonifying Qi and nourishing the blood, Ling Zhi can function to strengthen digestion

Modern research shows Ling Zhi :

• has antineoplastic activity due to it’s immune-enhancing properties
