Book an appointment.

You can book with Indigo Chinese Medicine online. Click the booking link and be guided through the secure booking system. Sometimes it’s a good idea to contact the clinic directly if you have any specific questions or can’t find a suitable time. Use the notes section in the booking page to provide more detail for your practitioner.

Complete intake forms.

Once you’ve made your booking, you will be automatically sent a confirmation email. Complete the Intake Forms from the link sent in your confirmation email at least one day prior to your appointment . Please ensure you complete both required forms.

Follow up on your treatment plan.

Last but not least, this is an important part of your treatment. Your recommended follow up appointments are important to get desired outcomes. 

An idea of your treatment plan will be discussed during your initial consultation. Do allocate enough time in your schedule for return treatments to enact your treatment plan.

In addition to your treatments, you will be provided with self care advice, including taking your herbal medicines. Cooking instructions for your herbal medicines will be supplied along with your first script, otherwise you download the forms here.
