Just a quick update to share with you that I’m doing some extra study at the moment in the area of infertility and assisted reproduction with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

Every year, practitioners have to complete a certain amount of CPE (Continuing Professional Education) points every year as a legal requirement for our registration. This year I’m embarking on Jane Lyttleton’s course in the above topic.

Not only do I get great joy in helping girls in understanding and treasuring their menstrual cycles and supporting them during their fertility and pregnancy journey, I find that being located outside of a capital city, fertility and pregnancy support services are very limited.  It pleases me to no end that I can be a valued link in the chain of rural wellbeing.

Chinese medicine can be useful for many gyne and fertility areas including restoring periods after stopping the pill, troublesome cycles, issues falling pregnant or undergoing IVF.
